In my years within the construction and property management industries, I have worn many hats and taken on a wide variety of tasks successfully.

I have built departments, written scripts, processes and protocols.

I have done construction drawings, permit submissions, project estimation and sales, project management.

I am well versed in assembling, reading and understanding annual budgets.

With incredible plasticity I am able to learn and acquire new skills and knowledge rapidly.

I have coached franchisees, managed teams, even built 100% remote teams using offshore and nearshore remote professionals / BPO model.
